Processing Time
• All orders are made with care and love. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order is shipped.
• Custom orders may require additional time, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
Shipping Within Australia
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (extra charges apply)
• All orders include tracking, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
International Shipping
We’re happy to ship worldwide! International shipping times vary based on location:
• Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days
• Express International Shipping: 4–10 business days (extra charges apply)
• Customs processing may cause delays beyond our control. Please check your country’s import policies, as customs fees or taxes may apply.
Shipping Costs

Lost or Delayed Packages
• Once your package is handed over to the postal service, shipping delays are out of our control. However, if your order is significantly delayed, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Returns & Refunds
• As all our magnets are custom-made, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll make it right.
